Receptionist/Front Desk Officer Job Description
Undoubtedly, a Receptionist work for companies, salons, hotels, hospitals, schools and other organization as well. As a front desk office receptionist, you must be polite, friendly and have a smiley face because you will be the first one of eye contact to the company’s client. You are responsible for greeting clients, ask them for the query, request them to have a seat, make sure that they are comfortable and route calls to the specific employee operating PABX (Private Automated Branch Exchange). Furthermore, checking emails, receiving couriers and parcels on the regular basis and distribute them to the relevant persons. Find an available conference room for a scheduled meeting when required and so on.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Having the ability to attend phone calls, emailing, filing documents and faxing.
- Have a good command over MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- You must be a good customer service in helping customers efficiently.

Job Role:
- Receptionist Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Maintain the general office filing system.
- Minimum calling 80 new leads on daily basis and invite them to the office for meeting with sales staff.
