Such positions are usually for cleaners, housemaids, housekeeping staff, laundry boy, drivers and security staff at the hotel. Management level positions require at least a bachelors degree. Preferably in business, economics or management. Some hotels may require candidates to have hotel management training and prior experience, whereas some hotels would prefer training employees by their own in house programs.
